What's for Dinner?

It is meetings, meetings, and more meetings for me this week, so I decided to use the old trusty Crock-Pot today. Spent a little bit of time in the kitchen this morning, and came home this evening to a heavenly-smelling house and this:

Good old-fashioned pot roast with potatoes, peppers, and onions! Mr. P came in the house a few minutes after me, with his nose in the air just sniffing away. He now thinks I'm the bomb for making such an awesome dinner! : )
